Our Policy's include the following; If it's necessary, please cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with out penalty. If you call with in the 48 hours before your reservation we will charge half of the reservation total. If you do not call to cancel we will charge the total amount. Check in is from 3pm-9pm, any late arrivals please specify at time of booking so arrangements may be made. Check out is 11:30 am all days of the week. Breakfast is served at 9am, Monday- Saturday and 10am on Sundays. Please inform booking agent of all food allergies, special occasions(i.e birthdays anniversaries etc.),or if an extra bed in needed. There is a $25.00 charge for any occupancies exceeding two. (i.e- Three people in one room). No Smoking allowed in any of the buildings. No Pets. Children well behaved 12 and up. | ||||||
